South Beach is the southern portion of Miami Beach, Florida. From Dade Boulevard south, these 23 blocks create one of the most unique neighborhoods in Southeast Florida. There are a number of neighborhoods in South Beach. The most affluent and exclusive of which encompasses the five blocks on the south tip is known as SoFi (South of Fifth.) SoFi boasts the largest collection of most luxurious condominiums ever to be built on Miami Beach. The second most desired neighborhood is West Avenue which starts on 5th street and runs north to 17th street and Lincoln Road. West Avenue condominiums offer spectacular Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami views while being convenient located close to Commercial Alton and Lincoln Roads.
