The Portofino Tower - the building that started the South Beach condo boom. Completed in 1997, the Portofino Tower was the first luxury condo to be constucted on South Beach. Located at the very tip of South Beach, the Portofino Tower condo is home to many that make South Beach the wonderful place that it is. Walk to the beach along the board walk, play with your dog at the South Pointe Park, or take a stroll to the hottest restaurants and nightlife the city has to offer. In my opinion, this is one of the best South Beach condos and actually one of the best places in Florida to live in.
