Portofino Tower, the building that started the South Beach condominium boom. Completed in 1997, Portofino Tower was the first luxury building to be built in South Beach. Located at the very tip of South Beach, this building is home to many that make South Beach the wonderful place that it is. Walk to the beach along the board walk, play with your dog at South Pointe Park, or take a stroll to the hottest restaurants and nightlife the city has to offer. In my opinion, this is one of the best places to live in Florida.
