Pros: If you wish you could buy into the W Hotel or The Setai but just can't afford to pay $1,500+/ sq ft, then Parc Place may be for you. Located across the street from both The Setai and W Hotel, Parc Place offers a fantastic value to be in the heart of this trendy part of town.
Cons: Located right on Collins ave you might not get much sleep at night as this 7 story building puts you right in the thick of things. Neadless to say, if getting a good nights sleep was on the top of your priority list, you wouldn't be interested in living here in the first place.
