IL Villaggio is one of the most exclusive oceanfront condominium buildings one can find in the South Beach area. I like this property because all units have private elevators that open into your own private foyer. Walking into the lobby is also one of the most impressive I have seen; not for the designer furniture but the two story high picture window that frames the white sand beach. I also think the location is the best there is - Ocean Drive. In my opinion if you like maintaining a low profile this is the building for you. Good luck though as there are rarely more than three condos available at any given time - that speaks for itself!
