Most units in Everglades on the Bay have great water views. Everglades on the Bay offers a plethora of amenities with many water features on the largest amenities deck in all of Miami. Although this is not one of my favorite buildings Everglades on the Bay offers a good value and great location. The Everglades on the Bay amenity deck has about 50,000 square feet of space for residence to enjoy the beautiful weather found only in South Florida. When you hear people say "location, location, location", this is what they are talking about. This is one Miami Luxury Condo that packs a punch!
