I was one of the first Realtors to walk into Emerald after construction was complete. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of the construction and finishes. Although, not quite on the same level as neighboring Jade, Emerald at Brickell's quality is close enough to be distinguishes as one of the neighborhoods best condos. Two story penthouses and high floor southeast facing units have stunning views of the bay. The roof-top pool and gym are a big plus offering sun and views all day long.
