Cité condo was the first new waterfront condominium built in Miami in the 2000's. I absolutely love this location and consider this to be the next best area after "South Beach”. With Margaret Pace Park directly across the street, residents at Cité, The 1800 Club, Opera Tower, Quantum, and Paramount Bay all have a wonderful waterfront park to share all paid for by the city.
