Space01 is a unique boutique midrise condo located on North Bay Island in the middle of Biscayne Bay. Those that follow architecture will instantly see the hallmark designs of Chad Oppenheim. Space01, Chad's first midrise building, was completed in the middle of 2006. Offering a private location, excellent Biscayne Bay and downtown skyline Miami views, relative low $/sf, these lofty units come with my recommendation.  Newer neighboring buildings include 360 Condos, Blue Bay Tower, Cielo, and The Lexi.
