South of Fifth, no longer just a neighborhood but a new ultra-exclusive residence. Architects Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates designed the flow-through layouts allowing for stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay through the floor-to-ceiling glass.
