Bryan’s Comments:

To be perfectly honest, I don’t find Ocean Four to be very exciting. The floor plans go against every principal of Feng Shui. Then there is the issue with the amenities which are difficult to access. Given a comparable budget, I have found that most customers preferred condos at Trump Palace located just down the street. I hope my frank assessment of this building does not scare anyone away.
