If you can get past the age of this property, you may fall in love with its location and stunning bay views.  When I first moved to Miami, I lived on West Ave and believe the western views are some of the best in all of Miami Beach.

Mirador South Beach Details:

Mirador South Tower is one of the most popular condo conversions (formerly Forte Towers) on hip West Avenue on South Beach.  Between the Mirador North and South Towers is the Mondrian Condo Hotel which opened late 2008.  The conversion of the Mondrian has made increased the desirability of the neighboring properties.

The Mirador Towers feature a wonderful Biscayne Bayside pool and sun deck as well as a nicely equipped fitness center off of the Mirador South’s lobby.
