With Philippe Starck's given a free hand at designing the interior, Icon truly is unlike any other condo in South Beach. If you've ever visited Miami's Delano Hotel you've seen Philippe Starck's lobby designs. You can also see his work in the lobbies of New York's Hudson or Paramount Hotels too. Now Philippe Starck has designed a condo interior in South Beach unlike any other. It's called ICON. ICON was built by one of Miami's top developer, Related Group Inc (creators of Murano Grande, Murano, Portofino Tower) and was designed by Philippe Starck. ICON consists of two towering tiers with spectacular views of downtown Miami, South Beach, the Atlantic Ocean and the Biscayne Bay. ICON features nine different unit layouts with either Biscayne Bay or Atlantic Ocean views, one-, two- and three-bedroom units are available all with 9-foot high floor-to-ceiling windows.
Located adjacent to Murano Grande with 1000 feet of Biscayne Bay frontage, direct access to South Beach Marina & Harbor, and 7 full acres of lush property complete with jungle atmosphere ICON's location is one of the best in Miami. With a SoFi (South of Fifth) address to die for in one of South Beach's swankest neighborhoods the lux lifestyle is at your doorstep. Just a few blocks away lie the sandy beaches where famous models are known to be spotted, continue on to Ocean Drive and enjoy fine dining, shopping, and, of course, South Beach's world famous clubbing.  
Philippe Starck and Yoo Ltd. started with ICON's lobby, putting Starck's unique twist on it. There is a coffee and tea bar in the multi-story lobby which puts on an afternoon tea service.
Four themes created by Starck and Yoo Ltd. were provided to finish ICON South Beach residences: Nature (light and airy), Classic (tailored and European), Culture (colorful baroque touches), and Minimal (sleek and neutral). In the Nature plan, natural wood and stone will be used to provide a light airy feeling, a feeling of being out with nature. In the Classic plan, Starck envisions a clubby, tailored and familiar look with timeless appeal and with echoes of French chateaux and Scottish castles. The Culture approach calls for explosions of color and emotion, baroque and exotic touches, eccentric choices and fantasy. Minimal is all about simplicity and purity, function and form-white spaces, clear water and neutral tones with a Zen-like aura. Residents are free to create their own design style or choose from these four ideas.
