I love the views offered at the Bentley Bay Condo! Just take a look at the beautiful photos I took on this page. Simply breathtaking.  Corner units face both east and west offering amazing sunrise and sunset views.  Each and every unit in this building has direct water views, something that is quite unique.  This is the only South Beach condo that can boast this feature.  The downside of Bentley Bay however are the small floor plans.  Prior to 2009, Bentley Bay was not 100% complete. From 2005 to 2008 the building underwent a number of renovations and repairs.
