The bar has been raised one more notch with Apogee South Beach the pinnacle of the South Beach luxury lifestyle.. Completed in mid-2008, Apogee is home to a number of high profile residents. Developed by The Related Group of Florida, Apogee is the last waterfront condo that will be built in South Beach’s coveted SOFI (South of 5th street) neighborhood. My only reservation about this property is its bay-front location. If you desire the best, and can get past not being on the ocean, Apogee should be on top of your list.

With a South of Fifth location just two blocks from the famous Prime 112 and Joe’s Stone Crab restaurants and facing Fisher Island, Biscayne Bay, South Beach, and the Atlantic Apogee provides an incredible level of exclusivity and luxury. Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership designed the simple, clean lines of Apogee and noted designer Yabu Pushelberg is responsible for the common areas with art by local Miami-Cuban Jose Bedia.

At 17 stories and only 68 flow-through units (just four per floor with private elevator) living at Apogee is a true privilege.
