500 Brickell offers a convenient location in the center of the city. Amenities are nice, especially the 42nd floor pool deck located in the east tower. In the East tower, South facing units have the least desired views given the office building located directly across the street. 500 Brickell is not quite as nice as 50 Biscayne, but is nicer than Plaza on Brickell and One Miami.

500 Brickell Details:

500 Brickell Condo features two towers with a unique, architectural “link” between the two on the rooftop making this otherwise ordinary building a standout visually.

500 Brickell has a prime location on the North end of Brickell Avenue with convenient access to Downtown, the People Mover (free light rail service), Mary Brickell Village and more. Jump on I-95 in less than 2 minutes even in traffic! South Beach and Key Biscayne are also less than a 10 minute drive and the Miami Airport is just 20 minutes away.
