360 Condo is to North Bay Village as the Flamingo is to South Beach. This gigantic development offers stunning views of Biscayne Bay and very comfortable living areas in an affordable package. Although it is not my favorite complex, I am sure that 360 Miami Beach Condo does offer some of the lowest prices on all of Miami's waterfront.

360 Condo is a 414 unit Miami Beach Condo complex nestled on 6.8 acres of Biscayne Bay waterfront.  This Miami Beach real estate is located in North Bay Village, it is the largest and newest development to be completed in the area. Unlike the European style found in most new condos in Miami, 360 Miami Beach Condo is finished with kitchens and baths you would normally find in a home. This Miami Beach real estate is great for those that prefer a home feel to their condo. 360 Condo is the third new condo to close on the island after Space01 and Blue Bay Tower which both closed in 2006.
