Bryan & Bill's Objective Pros & Cons:
Pros: The 1800 Club offers a convenient central location in the heart of Miami making it very easy to get around Miami-Dade. South Beach, Miami Design District, Brickell, Miami International Airport, Coconut Grove, and Coral Gables are all with a 8 to 12 minute drive. One of the greatest features of this location is Margaret Pace Park located just across the street. This waterfront city park has a basketball court, tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, a children playground and walking paths. The 1800 Club Condo offers some of the most affordable direct waterfront condos in Miami. Ten of the fifteen different lines in the building have waterviews.
Cons: Originally designed to be a rental community, the developer opted for low 8.5” ceilings. Although not the end of the world, if you are well above average height, you may want to pass on the 1800 Club Condo.
