1060 Brickell Ave is one of the more well finished luxury condominiums to have been built off of the waterfront in the last 2000’s. Centrally located between 10th and 11th streets on Brickell Avenue, this location is central to just about everything in the neighborhood. Units on the upper floors have fantastic water views, so don’t skip this building because it’s not on the waterfront.

1060 Brickell Avenue Condo feature two towers, one with 35 stories and one with 45. The Northwest tower is the more desirable as units feature full size balconies, the Southeast tower has a mix of smaller balconies on most units and selected 2 bedrooms have full size ones.
